Refund Policy

We want you to be sure about a course before it starts.

Courses

• Before the course starts: you may request a full refund at any time before the first class or, for a recorded course, before you open the first lesson.
• After the course starts: refunds are considered case by case, based on how much of the course has been delivered.
• If TR Tanvir cancels a course or batch, you receive a full refund.

Books

• Digital books cannot be refunded once the file has been downloaded, because the product has been delivered in full.
• Printed books can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or incorrect. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the error was ours.

How to request a refund

Contact TR Tanvir using the details on our website, with your mobile number and the name of the course or book. We will confirm your request and tell you the outcome.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank or mobile banking provider, this usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
